Data Protection
Marlow Archaeology will comply with the law and good practice in respect of personal data provided by members and others and these will be used only in connection with communicating with members and others for purposes connected with the objectives of the society.

Personal data is provided by members, is not disclosed to third parties and is deleted either on request or after membership has lapsed for two years.

Data is stored electronically with appropriate access controls and held securely by the Membership Secretary.

Arrangements for data collection, use, storage and transmission are set out in the society’s Data Management Arrangements and also in the Membership Statement.
